BIPOC Yoga with Tania

Join us for BIPOC Yoga with Tania on Sunday August 27 from 10-11am at Kasama Farm in Hood River. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to practice. If you'd like to stay longer, from 11am-12pm we will provide lunch. From 12-2pm we will be doing farm work. Please sign up in advance to reserve your spot. This event is for BIPOC people only.

Tania Ahmed (she/they) is a South Asian-American queer yoga practioner and student of life. To them, yoga is a joyful means of connecting the body to the mind with the breath. Her classes offer relaxed flows and light-hearted movement that inspire connection to self, others, and the natural world. In their free time, they like to practice yoga at the Bhakti Yoga Movement Center, cook wholesome meals, cuddle with her cat Dushtu, read, go on bicycle rides, and swim. Tania is grateful to be a steward of yogic practices that offer immense healing power and daily contentment
